Application:
Room-temperature-vulcanizing (RTV) platinum silicone rubber compounds is a two component silicone elastomer that cures at room temperature by polyaddition reaction, at a 1:1 ratio. It is designed to be used for molding in a variety of application like casting wax, gypsum, resins, concrete and other materials.
Features:
Excellent tensile strength.
Good polyester resistance.
Very good elongation for easy moulding.
Yields a flexible, elastic material with excellent tear resistance.
How to use:
- Make Molds: Frame Construction
- Mix the Silicone Mass
- Pour Silicone into the Frame
- Removal of the Hardened Casting Mold
