Application:

 

It is for making printing pads. The silicone pad is a carrier which transfers the patterns from the steel plate onto the products’ surface. Mainly uses for printing irregular patterns on plastic toys, shampoo, pen, glass, electroplating products, electroplating toys and trademarks, artwork gifts, stationery and so on.

Operation instructions:

 

1. Prepare the original silicone pad mold.

2. Mix part A liquid silicone (30 shore A) and silicone oil. The silicone oil added should be less than 30%.

3. Add 1/9 part B silicone into part A and silicone oil then mix them evenly.

4. Vacuum pumping. Take less than 10 mins for this step.

5. Pour mixed silicone into the original pad molds.

6. Put an wooden board on surface of silicone pad and set a hole to make board closely stick to pad.

7. Take out the silicone pad from mold.
